I want to take the time to write my review for my fat transfer procedure I received from Dr.Jones . He was very transparent and very knowledgeable about how my skin will take to the procedure as well as my own body goals aligning with my results. The results are still in process but I’m in love with my new body. My confidence has been restored in many ways thanks to Dr. Jones. His staff is very supportive like my coordinator ( Gezsel )loved her !!!! She has been a call away ever since my consultation with answering any questions, concerns and just check ins. Dr. Keloid (scar and cosmetic center) It's the best company; they have the best team of employees, 100%. I've suffered from keloids since I was 5 years old, and I've visited several dermatologists. All they told me was that there was no other way to make those keloids disappear from my body because that's just how my body was, and they only injected them with a medication called Kenalog. Then one day, while browsing Facebook, I came across an advertisement for this doctor (Dr. Keloid). I have, or rather, I had several keloids formed on my body after certain surgeries I've had. There came a time when I wanted to get used to them until one day I saw an ad on Facebook about Dr. Keloid, and I called immediately and they gave me an appointment for the next day. And when the day arrived, the doctors who treated me were very kind and gentle with me. They helped me remove all the keloids from that area, and I am so grateful from the bottom of my heart. I had my keloid removal surgery with radiation treatment and I truly could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for, supported, and treated like family. The entire team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, safe, and confident throughout the whole process. Dr. Keloid was absolutely incredible. He literally reconstructed my entire ear when so many other doctors turned me down or made me feel hopeless about my case. From the very beginning, he gave me confidence and made me feel like I was finally in the right hands. His skill, precision, and experience are truly unmatched, and the results honestly exceeded my expectations. I’m beyond grateful for the care, dedication, and amazing work he put into restoring not only my ear, but also my confidence. A huge thank you to Mayra at the front desk — she was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and always responsive to all of my questions. Her communication was amazing from start to finish, and it made such a difference knowing I could always reach out and get help. Being able to speak Spanish with her was also such a comforting and special touch that made the experience even more welcoming. Dr. Marjan is truly one of the sweetest and most caring doctors I have ever met. She treated me with so much kindness, gentleness, and patience, and made me feel genuinely cared for every step of the way. You can tell she truly loves what she does and cares deeply about her patients. I felt completely safe in her hands. Sy, my radiologist, was also absolutely amazing. She was so warm, sweet, and reassuring throughout the radiation treatment. She explained everything so clearly, answered all my questions, showed me the equipment, and made sure I felt comfortable and calm the entire time. Her kindness and professionalism made the process so much easier and less intimidating. The entire staff created such a positive, supportive, and professional environment. Everyone was welcoming, compassionate, attentive, and genuinely caring. I’m beyond grateful for the care I received and for how beautifully everything turned out. This was honestly a 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend this team to anyone struggling with keloids or looking for compassionate, expert care. I have nothing but great things to say!  SY, Marilyn and Carla were absolutely amazing ! They kept me comfortable and reassured me that my surgery would be a breeze!
